Testing is the determination of one or more characteristics of an object according to a procedure (definition according to EN ISO/IEC 17000). That object can be almost everything, including persons, but within this context typically applies to materials products and processes.
EUROLAB is the federation of National Associations of Measurement, Testing and Analytical Laboratories in Europe.
CEN is not a testing laboratory, and does not perform product testing against European standards.
