CEN Workshop on eInvoicing

The eInvoicing Workshop phase 3 has submitted recently the following draft CWAs for public review. Comments willl be processed at the final pleanry on the 15 February 2012 the final CWAs will be released soon after the meeting.

1. Draft CWA on Good Practice: e-Invoicing Compliance Guidelines.


2. Draft CWA on Electronic Invoice processes in Europe and enablement of SMEs to use them efficiently.


3. Draft CWA on CEN e-Invoice Gateway - Increase awareness and promotion of E-Invoicing in Europe; Development of a community of practice in the field of E-Invoicing.


4. Draft CWA on Code of Practice on Electronic Invoicing in the EU

An Open Meeting on the implementation of electronic invoicing across Europe has been  organized on 12 December 2011, at the Diamant Building in Brussels.

The MUG project common to eBES, eInV3 and BII2 issued its CWA on the Core European Invoice Message Implementation Guidelines (MUG project)  

The Kick-off meeting of the eInvoicing Phase 3 took place in Brussels on 9 February 2010. The Business Plan has been approved by the plenary meeting.

End of 2009 Phase 2 sucessfully finalized its activities and delivered official CWAs.

      A web portal site ('Gateway') was established, with a lot of additional information and background including dates of the next meetings
