End User e-Skills Framework Requirement

Background

The End User e-Skills Framework Requirements project was commissioned by the CEN/ISSS Workshop  on ICT Skills to identify the requirements for an end user e-skills framework for use by industry, certyfying organisations, regulatory authorities and individuals.

This project describes a user requirements definition activity that would quantify the type of framework that would be of practical benefit to the key framework taget groups. The aims of the project were to assist in having an effective understanding of end user e-skills, to make proposals for developing such reference framework and to outline the associated tools that could benefit framework users.
