Call for tender for technical project leaders in the frame of the mandate M/335 on Fertilizers (Part 3)
Call for Tender for technical project leaders for the development of standardized methods on the analysis of micro nutrients in fertilizers and for the elaboration of European Standards.
With mandate M/335 concerning the modernisation and validation of methods of analysis on fertilizers, the European Commission asked CEN to elaborate European standards in the framework of the Regulation (EC) No. 2003/2003 on fertilizers.
Part of this Mandate has been fulfilled by CEN/TC 260/WG 7 in recent years, resulting in 40 European Standards to determine the concentration of primary and secondary nutrients as well as heavy metals in EC-fertilizers (M/418).
This new call for tender concerns the third part of Mandate M/335 and covers the development of methods to determine micronutrients in fertilizers (to replace methods 9 and 10 in Annex IV of Regulation (EC) 2003/2003).
This tender covers a call for technical project leaders to elaborate and validate 9 methods.
Tenders can be sent to the Secretary of CEN/TC 260/WG7 as soon as possible, at the latest by 2013-04-02.
