Standards for a 'Resource Efficient' Europe

13 December 2011 the European Standards Organizations CEN and CENELEC hosted an event on the role of standardization in support of the recent EU Roadmap to a Resource Efficient Europe.
Through a series of debates and interactive sessions on industry examples and best practices in resource efficiency, we shared lessons on topics like Ecodesign, Life Cycle Assessment, and many others.
Keynote speakers and stakeholders were from EU institutions, industry, environment organisations as well as standardization experts.
