The following powers are expressly reserved to the General Assembly:

3.1 The organisation, powers and operating and decision making process of the Administrative Board (including appointment and removal of the President, the Vice-Presidents and the other Administrative Board members) on the one hand and the Presidential Committee on the other hand.

6. Method of appointment/Review
| CEN National Members and associates are permanent members of the AG for as long as they retain their appropriate status. Other bodies are invited to participate as observers. |

7. Mode of working
| 7.1 An ordinary AG must take place once a year. This takes the form of a meeting for statutory decisions with an associated open conference. |

| 7.2 An extraordinary general meeting may be convened by the CA on the written request of two CEN National Members acting jointly. |
