2. Reports to
| Technical Board (BT) of CEN on issues of technical policy or other technical matters and, through BT, to the Administrative Board (CA) of CEN on financial or broader policy issues. |

3. Responsibilities
|
3.1 Reports any obvious editorial errors, lack of coherence and clarity of pages, need for updating documents following CEN Governing decisions to the BOSS Manager who ensures appropriate action is taken; |

3.2 Reports problems related to the application of the BOSS maintenance procedure to the BOSS Manager; |
|
|
3.3 Judges whether a revised or new document needs approval from a CEN Governance Body; |
|
|
3.4 When relevant, contributes to the development of proposals for decision by the relevant Governance Bodies; |
|
|
3.5 Proof reads new or revised documents prior to their issue; |
|
|
3.6 Ensures the continual improvement of BOSS by analyzing and deciding on new suggestions received. |

4. Rights
|
4.1 Delegated authority from BT to decide on specific issues related to BOSS maintenance process; |
|
|
4.2 Acts as advisory body to the BT/CA through recommendations. |

5. Composition
|
The membership of the Management Team shall comprise no more than 10 people:
However, relevant BOSS Controllers and additional delegates may attend on specific invitation of the BOSS Manager. |

6. Method of appointment/Review
The members of the Management Team are appointed by the BT for a 3-year term. BT shall also review the composition of the Management Team every 3 years.
