General Assembly (AG) 

   
3. Responsibilities

3.1  Opens working structures to all interested parties 

3.2  Commits to comply with the rules set by the Statutes of CEN

3.3  Drafts standards in their specialized areas as delegated and in accordance with the CEN rules 

                      

3.4  Recognizes that CEN national members will be solely responsible for the formal voting and national implementation procedures 

3.5  Notifies new projects to the CEN Management Centre (CMC) for consideration under the "Committee for Standards and Technical Regulations" (98/34) procedure 

3.6  Accepts that CEN publications resulting from a contract between CEN and the Associated Body (ASB) are not subject to copyright fees payable to the ASB

To participate, but without voting rights, in AG, Technical Board (BT), Sector Activities, and Technical Committees (TC)
