3. Responsibilities
|
3.1 Implements European Standards (ENs) as national standards in its own language or in one of the official CEN languages and withdraws conflicting national standards wherever possible. |

3.2 Commits to comply with the rules set by the Statutes of CEN, including financial obligations as decided by the AG |

3.3 Notifies all new national projects to the CEN-CENELEC Management Centre (CCMC) (for consideration under the "Committee for Standards and Technical Regulations " (98/34) procedure) |

3.4 Implements standstill on national work in accordance with the procedure for the provision of information in the field of standards, as given in Directive 98/34 |
|
|
3.5 Keeps CCMC fully informed of any changes in its organisation and provides any other relevant information. |
